Where are you located?

Conda’s Cakes is a home based bakery that operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law located in south Crowley, Texas. (South of Ft Worth)

Do you have a retail store where I can walk in and purchase cupcakes, or view your work?

No, (see answer above).  However, if it’s pictures you want to see, Conda's Cakes has a lot of work featured online HERE!  You can also follow @Condas_Cakes on Instagram to see some of our most recent work!

 

Do you ship?

No, due to the Texas Cottage Food Laws Conda's Cakes is not allowed to ship our products.

Do you offer dairy free, sugar free or vegan desserts?

At this time Conda's Cakes offers a limited vegan menu which consist of cupcakes (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and red velvet). We also offer our Can't Believe Its Vegan, Chocolate Cake. Check back in the near future as we are testing out new recipes!

Is your kitchen nut free?

Conda's Cakes does NOT have a nut free kitchen. All of our desserts are baked in the same oven and are prepared with the same tools and equipment. We take every precaution when washing and sanitizing our kitchen utensils and equipment. Please notify Conda's Cakes of any allergy concerns prior to consuming our goods or placing an order.

What do your prices start at?

• Decorated Custom Sugar Cookies *start* at $85 a dozen

• Custom Celebration Cupcakes *start* at $75 a dozen

• Custom Cakes *start* at $150

How early should I place my order?

A cake order should be placed as soon as you have finalized all the details of your event (colors, theme, design, amount of servings, etc.). Since Conda's Cakes is usually booked a few weeks in advance, we encourage early ordering. (3-5 weeks notice is appreciated for preparation and recommended, but we will be happy to fit you in if the schedule permits, but cannot guarantee availability.)

How do I place an order?

To place an order with Conda's Cakes visit the “ORDER!” tab on the website and submit your order inquiry! We’ll need ALL the details regarding your event in order to provide you with a quote. (Date, time, theme, colors, flavors, amount of servings needed, and any ideas or pictures you have for reference). We will then get back to you with an official invoice after your order has been confirmed.

How long will you take, to get back to me?

Please allow 1-3 days for all replies.  Emails sent Thursday-Sunday will have longer response times.  Typically emails will not be answered if submitted on those day, as those are the busiest production dats. Conda's Cakes is closed on Sundays.

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

Yes, Conda's Cakes requires a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your order.  All orders

placed TWO weeks or less from your event date must be PAID in FULL.

WHY is it non-refundable?

Well there would be NO WAY for us to go back and get all of the customers we said NO to, to backfill YOUR SPOT, if you decide to cancel your order. Your deposit ensures availability and we can manage the production schedule based on YOUR ORDER.

Booking

After discussing the details of your event and you decide on a cake option that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, Conda's Cakes requires a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Conda's Cakes accept payments through Square only.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. Balance is due the day of your event. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of a missed pickup or denied delivery.

 

In the event of cancellation:

• All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.

• If a cancellation is received, your deposit will not be refundable.  The deposit received may be transferred to a future date within 60 days of cancellation date.  A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be added to your new event date.

• Note that the new order date must be AVAILABLE on Conda’s Cakes calendar
